Do you screen tenants or prepare the lease?
Not with this option. If you would like help with pricing, showings, screening and the lease, our leasing services cover the whole process for you.
What can I advertise?
Homes for lease in HRM and on the South Shore: apartments, condos, townhouses and houses, unfurnished or furnished, for long-term leases or furnished stays of 28 days or more.
What does it cost?
Send us your listing and we will confirm the current pricing and when it can go live before anything is published.
How long does my listing stay up?
Until you tell us the home is rented or you would like it removed. We check in from time to time to keep every listing current.
What do I need to include?
Accurate details, the monthly rent and what it includes, and photos you have the right to use. Listings must follow the Nova Scotia Residential Tenancies Act and human rights law, so descriptions focus on the home, not on who can live there.
