Why does interior design matter for a furnished rental?
Guests choose from photos first. Thoughtful design can help a listing stand out, appeal to more guests and make the stay feel as good as it looks. Results also depend on location, pricing, management and the market.
Do I need to use your property management to use your design service?
No. Furnished rental interior design is a separate service. You can hire us to design and furnish your rental and then manage it yourself, or combine it with our short-term rental management.
How much does furnished rental interior design cost?
It depends on the size of the property, the scope and your furnishing budget. Every project is quoted in writing before work begins, with design fees and furnishing costs shown separately.
How long does a design project take?
It depends on the scope and furniture lead times. A consult can often be scheduled within a few days, while a full design and furnish project usually takes a few weeks from concept to installation.
Can you work with furniture I already have?
Yes. We are happy to keep pieces that work, refresh them and design around them to make the most of your budget.
