Questions

Good to Know

Can I rent a home in the South End or Bedford for a few months?

Yes. Furnished stays of 28 days or more are a popular option for relocations, renovations and work assignments, and longer unfurnished leases are available when a home suits it. Join the waitlist and tell us what you need.

Do you only offer homes in these areas?

No. These are the areas renters ask about most, but we offer and welcome well-kept homes across HRM and on the South Shore. Join the waitlist and tell us where you would like to live.

Are short-term rentals allowed in these areas?

Most homes in these areas are in residential zones, where Halifax Regional Municipality generally limits short-term rentals to the host's primary residence. Stays of 28 days or more and long-term leases follow different rules. We confirm what applies to each home.

I own a home in HRM. Can you help me rent it?

Yes. Tell us about the home and what you have in mind. Depending on the home and your plans, that could mean finding a carefully screened long-term tenant or offering it as a furnished medium-term rental. We will walk you through the options and what each involves.
