Construction schedules and closing dates can move. We keep stays flexible where we can, so you can extend if your new home is not quite ready.

Can I extend my stay if my new home is delayed?
Usually, yes, subject to availability. Let us know as early as you can and we will do our best to keep you in the same home.
Are your homes suitable for families?
Yes. Several homes have three bedrooms and full kitchens, which makes longer family stays far more comfortable than a hotel.
Do you have temporary housing in Halifax?
Our current homes are on the South Shore, about an hour from Halifax, and we are adding homes across HRM. Tell us where you need to be and we will let you know what is available.
